Thread: About Beetel 450BX1

Has anyone used or is using a Beetel 450BX1? If you are using it, could you please answer these questions:

1. What is it like in terms of connection stability, build quality, etc.?

2. Can it be configured to 'always on' mode? (My current modem-router, an old DSL906E, has no provision for "always on" mode). Beetel doesn't seem to have a downloadable manual on their website.

3. If connection is dropped, does it automatically connect again or does it have to be power-cycled (switched off and then on again)?

or PPP/PPPoE "Alwways ON" (userID/PW stored in modem wan page)

Hi I have beetel 450tc1 i tried everything to connect to my nokia e71 but doesnt get any result.. kindly please solve this issue for me if you know the solution thanks.

quick hints:
Connect in PPP/PPPoE mode ( enter userid/Pw in WAn page)
Enable dhcp. ( also Upnp if seen )

i have tried it but still no results... can you send me the complete setting information because it is irritating and cant use my phone only in my home network else where works completly fine....

How many systems do you use ? Any laptop or other wifi devices ? If yes, can you run internet on more than one machine simultaneously ? Make sure you are in PPPoE mode ( ID and password entered in the modem, you can connect to net just by switching ON the modem, no dialer).

Enter " Obtain IP address automatically " in the TCP/IP properties of your connection.

1. The name of ssid should appear in your phone.
2. Ask for security code.
if not check in computer wireless network settings
select wlan ethernet card and click configure/advanced.
SSid/adhoc etc.
