Thread: Help needed for accessing Broadband Internet on Mobile

I am using BSNL broadband with DNA - A211 -l ADSL2+ MODEM. It's wifi mode is working fine with my laptop and Desktop but I am not been able to connect and surf internet with both my mobiles . My mobiles are Samsung Wave S8500 and Samsung Galaxy S I9000. Both my mobiles are detecting the 'ITI' (Broad band) Network but the mobiles are unable to obtain the Address.

Help me please.

1. Enable DHCP in your modem.

2. In the TCP/IP properties of your connection, set " Obtain IP address automatically " .

3. If the above failed to work, Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

Also try changing Channel: No 6 or 11.

Check Network settings in Phone/s

Enable/Ensure UpNp box in modem/router.
