Thread: BSNL EVDO not connected

Dear Friends

I got one BSNL EVDO from my higher authorities who are using previously. They are forgetting the user name and password for that EVDOr. I am installing the EVDO Software in my system then connected the same. I am trying many times but evdo is not connected. It says username and password is incorrect. I don't know the user name and password. Please Help me to solve this problem. Advance thanks for your's early reply.

You have to get your own UserName/PW to use EV-DO service every month.
If your "Higher authorities" have paid any annual charges confirm it, and then ask Exchange for UserId/PW and check Tower is available in your Exchange area/

Yep, the only option is to check with the BSNL. They keep it in their records.

Sir My EVDO is post paid that is monthly rental of 750 how to get userid and pass word and also help me how to configure the evdo in my system that means setting options

To get the EVDO card activated by BSNL JTO officer. Just go to the nearest telephone exchange/ customer care office and provide the details to the JTO.

If you have purchased the EVDO from BSNL then the installation is free
If you have purchased from outside then Rs. 350/- will be charged for installation.
Mention the make model/number.
