    Which OS you use ?
    IF Windows 7 check application "Connectify" and install it.
    Your laptop will act as a WAP.
    ( asssuming another wlan ethernet card is inserted or built in )

    Have you tried LAN mode ?
    3.
    Any settings to change wifi channel to Channel 6 or 11.
    4.
    Presume you have to log in with 3G modem. mention make.
    To log in via router are you selecting "bridged" mode?
    ANY "MER" option. ?

    " Connectify " is your best choice. No router purchase and all. But you need Windows 7 Home or above. Also a wifi adapter in your PC/Laptop. Costs around Rs. 1,000. Most laptops have a built in one. A friend of mine is using this with 3G.

    @meetdilip
    Bipav740GX is a wifi router used for Data card/3G usbmodem etc.

    @bioda
    i still can log on to my 3G modem via the router.i do get a message that reads that......you do not have the certificate to log on to the wan-on network
    (a)
    If you can surf the Internet ONLY with 3G modem
    (mention model number/company)
    (b)
    then inserting it in the Datacard/3G wifi router,BIPAV7402GX
    if you get above message,
    Give screen shot( as Jpg ) of initial set up page . or MAC white filter page.
    (c)
    In BiPAV unit
    If any MAC filter page is available enter ,your Wlan adapter MAC number.
    (d)
    Also copy/paste here
    ipconfig /all data
    Use Dummy IP( mention it ) if Static IP given for Office use.

    Interested in the solution. Please give feedback.
