Which mode are you using ? PPPoE or Bridge ? Try PPPoE and check.

    Disable firewall and check.

Which is the connection mode ? Ethernet or wifi ?

Which game is causing problem ? Does it a happens with all other games ?

    This may help

How do you connect to net ? Simply by switching ON the modem or Clicking " connect " in a dialer ?

Try port forwarding. Select a guide from portforward.com and see.

How many system do you use ? If more than one, better avoid bridge configuration.

If you are comfortable with modem configuration, try configuring in bridge mode and check.

Log into the modem, in the 0_35 entry, choose between bridge and PPPoE. Log out, create a dialer and click using " connect " in the dialer.

You can switch back to PPPoE using this guide

    UT-300R2U ADSL MODEM MULTIUSER CONFIGURATION

Ok, try bridge mode and check. In the 0_35 entry, click " Edit " and choose bridge mode and check.

You need to click " Edit ". After this you will be asked for a option to choose from Bridge or PPPoE.

Please remove your ID from screen shot 3. Normally the " bridged " option should work. Since it is grayed out, wait for further comments. You may also try port forwarding. Gives more or less similar results. As mentioned above find out the port in use and forward it (from portforward.com).
