sir i am getting downloading speed about 60 kbs/sec i am using bitcomet for downloading torrents sir its shows listen port blocked can you please tell can i open it and is it good to open it because they say it can speed up you download many times

60 Kbps or KBps ? Which plan are you using ? What is the advertised speed of the plan ?
