About LinkBacksmy modem is wa3002g4 ,as u see my board id ends with "w" the point is my firmware must be updated to ut3002ru one time when i contacted bsnl technician while my modem was not working..so pls help me !

You have posted the menu of UT300R2U. Is it a mistake ? Me too using WA3002G4. Menu page is quite different from yours.

No problem. Your screen shot is same for WA3002_g4 also plus wifi. extra.
Why have you blanked the data ?
You can post in Hindi ( or with English script) the problem.

You have to enable Wireless in the router page. in your wifi router.

His problem was WLAN not glowing and unable to find " Wireless " page in the modem menu.
Was wondering how he can find " Wireless " page in UT300R2U menu.

Confirm your unit is as shown in picture with an Antenna .
Flashing Firmware again may or may not restore WIFI function .
suggest: contact J.T.O ( junior Technical offficer) of broadband section
for FW upgrade or exchange of modem.

Confirm Firmware version from your model.
From "other" forum ! cannot verify.
