Thread: how to connect my mobile internet to pc

hi everybody....
i hav a ques...hope anybody know the answer and help me with theproblem...
. . i mhaving samsung wave with tata docomo internet.. and on pc i hav a pronet router which i used to connect to broadband internet which i donthav amymore...my ques is that how can i use my mobile internet on my pc wireless via router??????
if anybody knows the settings thn plz help me.....

Via router, not possible. You can make your mobile a hotspot using PdaNet or similar software (simply search " make mobile into a WiFi hotspot " ).

You can also use a PC suite and use a wired connection.

if via router its not possible thn how can i use mobile ap service in my samsung wave....and is ther any seetimgs that i can can use my router to receive data frm my samsung wave??? also explain abt mobile ap service....

Checked PdaNet ? There are now a days app for almost every platform.

I used joikuspot premium (2.5v) software on my nokia e72 but making phone as wifi hotspot will drain phone battery quickly , it lasted only 3 hours while sharing 3G connection with my laptop...didn't test on edge connection.

Can you please explain a bit.

1.To use it with a data cable I think u need pc suite, if u have both of them then simply connect it with usb and let the pc suite find the mobile, when done connect it to internet using proper settings(internet connection option must be there in the pc suite if ur mobile supports) 2. If u wish connecting via bluetooth then u should have inbuilt bluetooth in pc, search for ur mobile bluetooth device turning bluetooth on of both ur pc and pair ur device with pc, once done allow full access to ur pc in ur mobile now open bluetooth control panel (might be there at ur taskbar with a bluetooth icon) if u use win7, get ur mobile device name in bluetooth control pannel . . . Right click on it and click connect two options will popout 1.access point 2.dial up . . . . .first try through access point if failed connect through dail up . . . . . In dial up box leave user name and password blank and dail no. *99# or *99***1# . . I actually don't know the number for ur service provider. . u can ask others in the forum . . . . . . . . .and if u r not using win7 then try some operating system investigation by urself and and and one thing else. . . If this not work then forgive me . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .u u u ! I m crying actually . . . . .

Not recommended for long hours.....and don’t use it regularly . When i have friends/cousins at my home with their laptops , i just remove sim from my 3g datacard and insert in my e72 and make my mobile wifi hotspot. And i don’t use more than couple of hours. I don’t wanna buy 3G WIRELESS ROUTERS which are costly .

u may use docomo 3g for just surfing ... its cheaper
