I had a doubt that whether its free for 1st 250 calls or per month.Anyways thanks for clarification @meetdilip.

Nice, it is first 250 free calls but those 250 free calls are not unlimited. If you cross 180 seconds (to land line) the second free calls begin. And if you use only 100 free calls one month on 31 st it ends and you won't get balance free calls carried over.
