Question Input Voltage Rating of D-Link N150 [2730U]

Will someone pls tell me the input voltage range supported by D-Link N150's power adapter. I want to know whether it support input from 100V to 240V range.
The Supply voltages here in my area are generally less than 200v and is very unstable during evenings. and I find my current iBall modem frequently being disconnected.
Please help me out with this....

Thank you so much for your reply.
so i guess the adapter has only a limited input range (like 100-120 and 220-240) rather than a wide input range(100-240).
Btw, can u pls tell me whether the voltage rating in ur area is 240v or 120v?

What is marked in the adapter you have ?
Where did you buy the router ?
If you guess and connect you may have a burnt adapter !!!
    Give correct information.
Throught out the Republic Of India ( Including Kerala Jammu & Kashmir the power supply is 230V~ A.C

    Thanks for your response.
But, I haven't bought this one yet. I was going to buy one since my current iBall disconnects every time there is a voltage variation, since i have to adjust my stabilizer. And this one seemed good. I was wondering if I will face the same problem with this one...

Even with UPS, where the surge (& change over ) is more than 24 ms many modems get disconnected.
If using a desktop a PCI ADSl modem will avoid this problem, I hope.
What is the supply requirement for Iball baton ?

iBall requires 220-240 range, so i cannot directly plug it to the wall. I have found some D-Link ADSL+Wifi modems with adapter supporting input from 100V to 240V (just like my lap charger!). If it is like that, I can plug it directly and i don't need to worry about anything else...

Seee what happens when users do not post proper information in the first post itself !
If an adapter of say 9V= DC .5A to 1Amp output
is plugged in it will also work !!!
The SMP adapters are expected to give corrrect DC output.
In the modem, there is a conversion circuit bridge cct or full wave rectifier which converts AC to DC.
So a DC input will just pass through !
(Polarity of the DC plug Normally Inner +ve)
@mvs _sarma may add his comments.

That is a new information to me... Thanks for that...
But, I kind of made my mind of buying a D-Link not just because my iBall disconnects but also because it doesn't have Wifi.
Yes, I admit I haven't made many things clear in my first post. I'm sorry about it... actually, I just wanted to know the supported range of that adapter.
No offence... I'm so greatfull for you for your help...

No problem. I only ask questions here and get answers.
Then learn something !!! problem usually solved in this
"Antakshri" method !! Others also add correct solutions.

    Lightbulb

    essbebe,
    OMG!!!!!
Actually I understood your previous post (post #10) just now....
So, are you saying that I won't be having any issue with the input voltage of the D-Link adapter?
Now I know why the customer care guy and the 3 other sales rep.s couldn't answer my (stupid) question..
You are great.. Thank you so much.. I'm ordering it right now...
Btw, Ignore my last post.. I was being very stupid.. [I apologize if I have made you feel any bad..]
