I have BSNL Broadband UL connection for my use.Also i have mobile vodafone connection.Can i combine both connections to boost my internet speed essentially for downloading movies using Vuze software?

Not possible by normal means. You can try a load balancing router (very expensive itself) and combine two connections to get added speed. But it costs around Rs. 10,000 for a model which can combine two ADSL connections. Since you have to connect a data card and then an ADSL connection, the whole set up will cost you more than one year broadband bill. Also it is a bit tricky to use it. Some secure sites like bank sites won't open in it.

You can try a software called ForceBind IP and assign two different connections to two different apps. Say Vuze will use your BSNL connection and browser (say Firefox) will use mobile connection. But it is also a bit tricky to handle, but possible.
