Thread: Trying to setup Beetle ADSL2 Router with Reliance

I have this Beetle ADSL2 Router.
Well all i know is that I was able to login to 192.168.1.1 using the id password i.e adminassword

I planned to reset my router by clicking on Maintainence > SysRestart > Custom.
When the page was loading "again and again" I thought something is wrong with the thing and I closed the tab and since then 192.168.1.1 shows The server at 192.168.1.1 is taking too long to respond.

I've even reset the router by pressing that reset button, and still I get the same old silly error The server at 192.168.1.1 is taking too long to respond.

Can you please tell me how to proceed on sorting this error and then setting up Wifi.

RESET the modem to factory settings
( Power On for about 10 to 20 seconds )
Use a dialer to connect.
Enter userID/PW in system Dialer window.

if no connection
192.168.1.1 id admin PW admin or ( password if earlier used for Airtel ISP)

VPI/VCI 0 and 35 for Reliance adsl BB connection.

Para two:
In computer
START Network LAN
Properties
Network setttings page
Select TCP/IP IPV4
Properties
New page

enter
192.168.1.3
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1
DNS
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
Apply save.

Now try to access Modem menu.
