    hey guys is 10 KM long CAT5E UTP Cabling is possible?
    Presume you meant 10 meters or even 100 meters.
    Only Max 100 meters recommended. . even then signal loss will be there. How will you take the cable for 10KM .
    Underground / or Overhead like Cable TV /Power lines ???!!!!!

    It is cheaper to avail another Broadband connection at the location 10 Kms away!!
    Presume Adsl BB service/ EV-DO / 3G/ or WLL services available.
    in new location.

    Confirm you have permission from Local authorities to dig up the road and repair the road to lay Optic Fiber cable.
    Mention the reason for laying this 10KM cable.
    Appears you are running a Local Cable TV service.
