Default Difference between ADSL, ADSL2+, G.Dmt, G.lite, T1.413, AnnexL, Bitswap?

    Hello everyone!

I'd like to know the difference between ADSL, ADSL2+, G.Dmt, G.lite, T1.413, AnnexL, Bitswap? Which one is better? I found these DSL settings available on my modem.

Explaining the relevancy of each one of these ADSL modes is an exhaustive venture. Use Google to find the pros / cons of these.

The worthiness of the ADSL mode is primarily dependent upon the condition of the wiring which keeps you connected with the exchange. I have come across many who experienced better speeds and latency levels after setting their modem to operate in the G.DMT mode.

Even I've personally noticed improved speeds with G.DMT. Thanks!
