Default Need some light on DC++ Hubs

I just downloaded DC++ hub got to know how to download and create hubs..
But i have few questions unanswered...
If i download a file from a user from hub, i know my download speed will depend on the user im downloading from..
Now suppose for example...i download a file from my friend via hub whose upload speed is 150kb/s, so now will i get that much download speed.. or does it also depend on my DSL's net connection, ie my net connection is 256kb/s ,so max download speed is 30kb/s,
So will i get 30kb/s because of my ISP limit, or will i get 150kb/s??

The network is as fast as the slowest pipe.
