About LinkBacksmy modem siemens c2110 is not working and it is suipplied by bsnl when subscribed for broadband service.

Select PPPoE enter id PW etc.
RESET will change ALL settings to factory defaults.

Would have been nice if you explained a bit. Does it gets power ? What are the status of different LEDs ? Steady, blinking or off ? Give details ?

Which mode are you using ? Dialer or PPPoE ? Post the screen shot of the error message and network connections page.

A few people reply after a week of posting query. At times find it difficult to gather what the problem was and have to go through the whole thread again. It becomes tedious when the thread has a few pages and the thread starter vanish or gets busy.
