Unable to browse internet using samsung galaxy y duos with bsnl data one wifi

Hi
I have BSNL data one broadband at home and I am able to browse internet using wireless or wireline from my laptop.

The router I have is HUAWEI router (Quidway) WA1003A.
I have Samsung galaxy y duos mobile which has wifi feature. While trying to connect to bsnl data one wifi, I am able to connect (using fixed IP method) but I am unable to browse internet as I am getting message like no connection.
Using the mobile I am able to configure my router and able to go to the webpage for the IP 192.168.1.1

However, While using same mobile I am able to connect to other wifi spots and able to browse internet.

Not sure how this problem can be resolved. Do I need to do any changes in setting or it is not possible to connect from samsung galaxy y duos using bsnl wifi. Can some one pls provide any suggestions or whom to approach BSNL or Samsung?

Your broadband need to be on PPPoE (always on) mode in order to access from mobile over wifi i.e. the user ID and password for your broadband needs to be set into your modem and not on your laptop.
