    1. Enable DHCP in modem.

    2. In TCP/IP properties of network adapter, select " Obtain IP address automatically".

Give it a try and let me know.

Go to network and sharing centre, adapters > WiFi adapter > right click > properties > TCP/IP 4 properties

    Set ip address manually
    For this goto >start>search files>type ncpa.cpl <enter>
    right click wireless adapter
    properties
    Tcpv4 properties
    Use the following ip
    Ip=192.168.1.5
    255.255.255.0
    192.168.1.1
    dns

Make sure in iball modem wireless settings>Disable Mac filter

Useful commands to diagnose network issues
Goto programs>accessories>right click "command prompt". Run as administrator
    In dos prompt
    Ipconfig. To view ip assigned
    Ping 8.8.4.4
ping yahoo.co.in. if reply came, then your browser is the problem and wireless network is not the issue

If fails, tcp reset is required

    Netsh winsock reset
    Netsh interface ip reset. A

    Reboot reqd

check whether you can login to the modem using your browser by typing its IP :192.168.1.1 over wi-fi.

Then it might be a firmware issue. Contact iball helpdesk.
Another thing you may do before that, you can configure the modem in bridge mode, then create a PPP dialer in your laptop & check whether you can dial to connect the broadband connection from your lapop over wi-fi.
