Unable to connect to Wi-Fi using BSNL Modem AN1020-21

I have a BSNL broadband connection and I am using AN1020-21 Modem. Initially the settings for Wi-fi modem was done by the BSNL personnel. I have been using the broadband connection regularly on my Macbook without any problems using wi-fi. But the problem is that I am not able to use internet on any other device using this modem. On Windows laptop it shows status as "Limited access"- "No internect connection". Even on mobile phones it shows as connected but there is no internet access. I am not even able to access the modem settings using ip address 192.168.1.1.
Please suggest if anything can be done.

It sounds like your modem needs to be configured in PPPoE (multi-user) mode. Are you using a Dialer on Macbook to connect to the Internet?

Anyway, you can reset your modem by inserting a pin inside its small hole to access the modem configuration page.
