please tell me how to acess my internet usage

We need more details, like whether your using a wired or mobile connection and which isp you are using? Only then we can tell you how to find out your internet usage.

Ideally check with your ISP about some site / tool to use for this. I personally use BitMeter II, however, this reports usage on that particular machine, on all selected network adapters. It has usage options for hourly, daily, weekly and monthly details!

Your service provider should recommend you something so that you can check your internet usage. NetWorx is quite a good tool as well to check data usage.

What isp are you using, can guide you according to that.
