    How can I find the SNR values for my UT StarCom WA3002G4 modem?

    Check in the status page. SNR values may be under Status --> ADSL tab (if there exists such an option).

    Yeah I got it. Thanks.

    I have a SNR of 12.6 downstream and 6.0 upstream. Is it bad? Should I get my line tested by BSNL?

    Upstream value is low. Downstream could be better. You should get 20+ db consistently. If you are experiencing frequent disconnections then you should call the BSNL guy.

    its very low... and you need to speak to your provider...
    as just4kix said it shoud be 20+
