Where can I find the list of small ISPs located in Tamilnadu? I am looking for ISPs which primarily provide their service over WiFi? Any pointers will help.. Thanks in advance

As essbebe mentioned above your best option in my opinion would be Bsnl EVDO as it only costs Rs650 per month with a speed of 2.4mbps and that too unlimited
