Rep Power: 1  |  Please suggest me a good broadband service as per my needs. Hi, I am currently using Sify Broadband(as they call themselves). I opt for download limited plans or Night Unlimited Plans due to budget limitations. Though their service sucks sometimes, I have been putting up with them due to lack of other options. Offlate, they have increased the Package which I used to opt for with some increase in download limit (which I dont care for). Please suggest me any other alternative good Value for money Broadband Service provider. I Stay in South Delhi and here are my requirements: Budget: Rs: 500 / month (max). Usage: Download limited day time surfing(mostly weekends) + Night Unlimited. Speed must be 128 Mbps or more. Please advice me on basis of ur experience. |

Rep Power: 1 |  Broadband As you need... I think there is an typing error in your post. You have typed 128 Mbps instead of 128 Kbps.  BSNL's 500 Plan is the BEST match for you.  It has a speed upto 2 mbps and it has night unlimited also. Speed is very good. You can download approx 4 GB in the night unlimited period. 2 mbps = 2048 kbps = 256 KBps which means: You can download 1 mb in approx. 4 seconds You can download 100 mb in approx. 6 Minutes check it: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. |

(500 MB day + Night Unlimited at 256kbps for 550Rs/month, This same plan was 500 Last month). What are the installation/equipment charges of BSNL ? Everywhere we speak of progressing to higher internet speeds at low costs, but Sify sticks to almost same slow speeds at ever increasing prices every few months. | ||
