I am looking for IT solution for automatic failover between two broadband connections from same/different vendors

Specific condition is that I have a published static IP which I want to be always accessible if any of broadband connection is down.

Can someone please suggest solution and related product to achive so.

You can use a DualWAN router.
Preferable different ISP's.
