Thread: Best quality broadband provider

Everyone has different broadband providers and its not always that one praises their connection generally its the other way round. And many people have used and switched from different broadband providers, where as I have only changed once.
So I wanted to know from the members according to them which broadband provider has the best quality, mention all things such as speed, customer service and anything else you consider which can be rated in terms of quality.

I think airtel is flawless! their customer support is really really helpful. I had major installation issues and they went out of their way to help me out.

Not much on this thread, thought i would get some reviews on different broadband providers!!!!!

This is the holiday period for most and hence you are not likely to see many responses right now.

I have had experience with BSNL only. I find their services pretty much OK. Speed/connections issues do come up because the network is old, cables are getting on a bit, road digging causes problems, etc. But overall, I am satisfied.

And oh yes. I have Reliance Netconnect+ also for nearly a month. This connection gives speeds in excess of 2 mbps (promised = 3.1 mbps). Have had no issues so far.
