National Network Operating Center

The National Network Operating Center, situated in InfoComm City, Navi Mumbai is a single point monitoring room that controls the entire Reliance network of fiber-optic cable laid down all over India. It can talk to each piece of Reliance equipment across the country.

The NNOC is divided into two sections - Wireless and National/International lomg-distance.

It is also one of the few such centers in the world that also records failed calls. The engineers here monitor the network 24x7, and everything they want to see can be visualized on the two 100ft video walls each giving a 360-degree view of the operations. The video walls have 80 screens.

They seem to work with almost NASA-like efficiency. It is said to be World's 2nd Biggest screen just after NASA.
