You could look at Airtel or BSNL (I think it is BSNL in Noida and not MTNL).

All ISPs have various kinds of unlimited plans (with different speeds, et al). You can visit their websites and check the plans.

But you will have to worry about who is the provider in the area. Most of the times, as it happens, your choice is restricted to a single provide.

You mentioned online gaming. Online gaming requires very low pings to the game server. I am not an expert at that (telling who will be best for gaming - I consider online gaming a serious waste of time and money). You could also check whether Reliance Metro Ethernet is available. It is supposed to provide the best pings.

Go for Airtel. MTNL is a government company. You cannot relay on it for high end uses. Airtel on the other hand has a good customer care. There are impatience plans from Airtel. Upto 4 Mbps speed. Here are the details

Airtel breaks the speed barrier -Doubles speed for Broadband customers at no extra cost-

But first Airtel service must be available in the area. Airtel is present in many places in Delhi/NCR but certainly not everywhere.
