Hi all ,

what do you compare in Local ISP with the Class-A providers like Airtel , BSNL , Reliance etc ?

Mainly quality of service like customer care and tariff. Normally local providers give the connection at cheaper rate. But what concerns is the downtime, Response to the customer query, average speed, achieving promised speed or not etc.

What is the downtime with Class-A service providers . I heard they will take few days to rectify the problem and is the support free ?

Support will be normally free. To know about the performance you need to enquire in the locality. It varies from place to place. Check with your neighbours of people who has already got this connection.
