Can you please give me link of the review that was conducted by PC WORLD on best ISP's in India in 2009.

Airtel was at the TOP of it.

I just need that picture of the rating of ISP. Please let me know if you still have it

yea that's the problem, i have tried alot of times, so appealing if some one has download or has snapshot, i need them.

What bakwaas...how can Airtel be the best provider...Impossible!

WHY Not ?
This is like the prepoll exercise/ or exit Poll conducted by newspapers/ TV channels.
Say for An M.P seat electorate is
9,56, 453 eligible voters.
Some 20 survey/ Research scholars with I.I.M degree etc, select at random 356 voters, taking care to include voters of different economic level.
Then the report is presented by Shri PranabRoy!
Member X will get 49% +- 5% votes
Member Y will get 31% +- 5%votes
Member Z will get 17% +- 5 % votes.
Eventually Z will get elected.!!!!!
This is like the above a sample survey
.Readers of the magazine vote in
a survey and PC magazine
reports AIRTEL is the best BB ISP etc.
Of course they dont care even if @sonu or @ essbebe think, other wise !

20 or 30 members can decide
TIKONA is the best/worst ISP In India
( total users say 50,000 All India
compared to Airtel BSNL/MTNL/Tata Indicom having millions of users .

Now Other ISP users take up the cudgels , and start an inane discussion ( Brand loyalty/voluntary support) like party workers here!

So, let us stop "bakwaas" and move to more useful subjects.!

Sorry. Even tried for ebooks of PC ( say Jan 2009 Feb 2009 etc ) or "cached" data in Google.
