Default Which is the best wireless internet connection in New Delhi?

    Hi,

Can anyone please suggest me that which wireless internet connection is best for New Delhi? Customer service and speed of the internet connections are the two basic things of a good connection. Therefore please suggest me that which one is best in New Delhi. Is it Airtel, Tata Photon Plus, Reliance or any other?

    Regards
    Banerjee

best broadband conenction in terms of service and reasonable money is lookout for local internet operator,

mtnl just sucks noone listens if your net is not working, you have to wait for atleast 3-4 days to get your internet back to work. 1504 customer care persons dont even know english and dont even know some basic things like pinging the gateway etc....

airtel is very very COSTLY, they have a fair usage policy on every unlimited plan which they actually dont disclose to customers after which your connection speed will be reduced drastically or if not you will be sent with a very high bill for the usage beyond their FAIR USAGE POLICY LIMIT.

reliance just sucks too they are the same as MTNL,,,,,,

local operator will provide you a good connection and is available to you throughout the day to attend complaints, they attend you within minutes of calling them and are helpful in computer related problems too moreover they are reasonably priced and can give you heavy discount on advance payments.
    GO FOR THEM ONLY.......

i know WEBRIDERS INTERNET SERVICE is best in MALVIYA NAGAR area of south delhi
    CHEERS.

    see the logic is clear..
if( u want service+uninterupted)&&( speed doesnt matter to you (if 256kbps is fine with you after the FUP limit))connectivity
    then go for Airtel
    else
    go for MTNL
    local ISP are not trustable

I know the worst service provider its TIKONA they don't provide you any services nor are they able to provide the said so called wi-fi services no installation is done for which they charge a hefty amount the staff are ill-mannered and ill equiped if anyone takes there connection take it on your own risk

Default Airtel is very good, if not the best

In my knowledge, 60-80% broadband connections in Delhi-NCR are Airtel... The numbers speak for itself... Airtel is too good when it comes to any of it's products and services... Some people find it good, some don't, in either case they have their own reasons to think so... Some think Airtel is too costly, but now it isn't... Every unlimited plan from any service provider has Fair Usage Policy thing... That is, you get your plan speed only uptil a certain GB of download+upload and then it falls down to 256 kbps... Depending on your usage, you have plans starting from 649 in Airtel and moving further... My next best bet would be Tikona... If price is a concern and speed is not, go for MTNL but their service and customer care isn't good... If you want mobility, go for Tata Photon or MTS, although these ones are the costliest...
Don't go for local ISP's, they are not trustworthy... Also, ask the people in your locality which ISP are they using and you could go with the same... It happens that a particular ISP is good in one area of the city and pathetic in another...

I have been using Airtel boradband for the last 3 years and I am very satisfied with it. In between, I had thought of changing my service provider, but couldn't find a plan that matches with mine at a cheaper rate. I live in Delhi and my plan details are as follows:

-Unlimited broadband at 2 Mbps till 10 Gb and 256 Kbps after that
-Calling worth Rs. 100 free from landline every month
-Calling rate A-to-A 1p/sec (Local and STD), A-to-others 1.2p/sec (Local and STD)
    -Rental of Rs. 649 only!

Till date, I have not faced a technical problem. Only once I called the Airtel engineer and made him install the DSL point (broadband and landline) at 2 different locations in my house and the same was done for free.
