Select option Maharastra or Mumbai BSNL link.
Select the plan most suitable to your needs.
    BB Plan Selector
option 1 Landline BB Modem/wifi router ( modem cost Rs 1800/=)
Select tariff plan. Apply on line here
If BSNL is available ( NO login required)
    http://*******************/index.php?...cseen#msg16558

IF NOT select similar plan from MTNL or other isps.

    2.
    Option 2:
For online trading /share markets/ it is always better to
avail Broadband services ( uninterrupted ) from two different Isps.
    suggest one Landline based ( MTNL/BSNL/ Reliance/Airtel etc )

another wifi type ( USB type ) see below :

    3. Option 3:
3.I will be using this internet on my laptop so i dont want wired broadband
Saw this later, after posting all above. Sorry!Ignore all above. Not deleted.
    ( retained here for use/ref by other users/members )

    Broadband ONLY wifi based>
check up 3G services. BSNL/MTNL/Airtel//Reliance/Tata etc.

I m trying to understand 3g plans on their website but not getting .
I went through tikona wibro's plans and there is a plan 499p.m with 5gb limit and they say guaranteed maximum bill amount is 999...so what does this guaranteed maximum bill amount mean?

And is this wibro connection a usb modem type?

Also looking at my usage how much bandwidth do u think is enough for me?

Tikona max bill Rs 999/= could mean, may be they will disconnect your connection once their billing computer reaches, any time in a month Rs 999/=,.
    so that the user
is not shocked /surprised/annoyed with high bills.
better see forum thread on Tikona before opting for this service. Not encouraging though !

    Para two:
3G Data card for laptop is the best choice. study details here
    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.
    http://mumbai.mtnl.net.in/3gweb/index.html
Only problem: whether same card can be used if you switch ISP later.
Have not done any verification on this. You can confirm from the ISP/
the sim card is common for the Smartphone and for laptop use.

don't hesitate to ask for more feedback.
I will confirm/ re check statements in para 2 above , if needed.

If BSNL is the provider at both places.
if not You can use MTNL SIM in Mumbai.
( The 3G data card should work )
MTNL is main ISP in Mumbai and New Delhi
Consult CC BSNL ( customer care )
Many users buy the 3G data card in the outside market.
The dealer also can confirm whether the card is LOCKED
    to a particular ISP.

    wait checking up.....

Google search: seems possible. link not allowed here.
