What is practically maximum speed available in USB Stick of any company with unlimited data transfer ?

I want to get best speed wireless portable internet connection which should work on my laptop even in power cut condition and device should not need charging from electricity . Is it true that some companies are giving 21 MBPS speed through USB stick?

And I also need National Free roaming in the USB stick

upto 2 mbps atmost (practically in India)...

Huawei has such modems.. 21 mbps is available in Huawei.

BSNL has free roaming, except metros with MTNL..

other places where there is no 3g you can get upto 100kbps on average to browse..

BSNL has free data roaming in Delhi and Mumbai's MTNL network aswell and vice versa for Mtnl users going out of these metros.

But there are no unlimited plans and the 21mbps speed you are talking about is just on papers from what I know and the most you would get is 1.5mbps kind of speed provided you are at the right place at the right time

Your ID suggests you are a gamer and if online gaming is what you are planning to do with one of these 3g connections or even EVDO from bsnl, reliance or Tata then just forget abou tit and live with your 256kbps or 512 adsl connection and be happy for now. Things will change in future but we are just not there yet! and its a shame.

Mickey you should call customer care because I have in the past used both MTNL and Bsnl and both of them were not charging any roaming on their 3g plans. I stopped using them because connection used to drop a lot.
