Thread: Unlimited plan in Haridwar(Shivalik Nagar)

Hello all, I'm from haridwar but currently living in delhi. We'll be soon moving to haridwar. I need to know at the earliest the ISP's available in haridwar and which one would be the best for unlimited downloads. I'm looking for plans ranging from 512Kbps - 2Mbps. But if the charges are not high i can even go for higher speed plans. If there is a website that has info about ISPs in haridwar and the plans then please mention that too.
I'll be looking mainly to browse the internet and for downloading purposes.

Hey thanks a lot Dilip. Do you know what the actual download speed will be with the 1Mbps plans? And is BSNL's service decent in haridwar(Uttaranchal)? What about other ISP's?

If download is at 100kbps then i'll be satisfied. Waiting for other replies.

It is 100 KBps. Also, there is no unlimited 1 Mbps plans. Most have FUP at 8 - 10 GB. After that speed will dip to 256 Kbps (32 KBps). You can also try Home Combo 500 and Home Combo 600 which has night unlimited at 2 - 8 am (we can automate the whole process). But day time list is just 2.5 GB.

Or you can just try ULD 1350.

BSNL has cheaper plans than Airtel. But if some error occurs, BSNL officials won't even attend within proper time. Airtel is loads better than BSNL in quality of service.
