    Default TIKONA : No refund even after 4 months

    We had raised a request for a refund in the month of May and I have still not got any refund. When I called the customer care, they told us that refund cheque was sent on June 18 and I was not available at home.

    I called and I was told that they have records that the check has been returned he will raise a complaint to resend the cheque Ref# 1-1878554720 by your agent named Nazeem. I have called several times after that and each time I have been told that the complaint will be forwarded and I will get a callback.. I HAVE NEVER GOT ANY CALLBACK FROM ANYONE TILL DATE ABOUT THIS.

    Today(Aug. 26) I called and your agent Dinesh c hander( Ref# 1-1930437116) says that you have records that I HAVE RECEIVED THE CHEQUE which was sent on June 18?? I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CHEQUE FROM YOU GUYS.

    I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE MANAGER WAS BUSY AN NO ONE ELSE IS AVAILABLE. I HAVE ASKED FOR A CALLBACK FROM THE MANAGER.

    IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 4 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE ASKD FOR A REFUND AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOT IT. WHICH SOUNDS RIDICULUOS TO ME AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW YOU PEOPLE FEEL ABOUT THIS REPRESENTING YOURSELF AS A REPUTED COMPANY.

    ITS ALSO SAD TO SEE THAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE LYING ABOUT THE SITUATION HERE. I WAS FIRST TOLD THE CHEQUE WHICH WAS SENT TO ME IN JUNE WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS AS NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE AS PER YOUR AGENT NAZEEM ON REF# 1-1878554720 AND THAT YOU WILL BE RESENDING THE CHEQUE TO ME (WHICH OBVIOUSLY WAS A LIE AS PER THE AGENT I SPOKE TO TODAY). WHEN ASKED FOR THE CHEQUE DETAILS LIKE THE CHEQUE NUMBER OR RECORDS OF WHETHER THE CHEQUE WAS ENCASHED YOU GUYS HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT. HOW BELIEVABLE THAT SOUNDS??

    HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU ARE GIVEN A RUN AROUND TO GET BACK YOUR OWN MONEY FROM SOME COMPANY WHO SOUNDED ENTHUSIATIC WHEN PROVIDING A CONNECTION BUT THEN FAILED TO KEEP THE SAME ENTHUSIASM WHILE PROVIDING THE REFUND.

    THank you for your prompt reply. most if the time i email or call you guys the response is the same thing you just said. i would be happy if this time you guys contact me back and resolve this issue

    Tikona and Tikona people's dictionary does not have more words. Thats why their reply is limited just like their brain.
