Is there any company in bangalore who gives 8 MBPS internet connection?

Currently I'm using Airtel 4 MBPS with 75 GB data transfer limit. but in this upload speed is very slow. and I pay approx 1900 for this. I can spend 2500 to get better speed in download and upload.

Any suggestion?
