HI , i am searching a cheaper internet connection . my daily uses are 4-5 hr . can any one suggest me how to buy & which connection is cheaper .

Well, the cheapest would be none other than BSNL/MTNL... It has the largest subscriber base, but their service is not good... You can check out the plans on their website... And then you can go to BSNL/MTNL office in your city/locality and talk about the same... Airtel according to me is the best bet... They have come up with some awesome packages... Second best in my opinion would be Tikona... As price is a concern for you, I won't suggest USB 3G sticks such as Tata Photon, etc...

I got his refund cheque but claims that it is wrong.
Resolution: Convinced customer that the refund provided to him is correct and explained him the complete procedure.
