Suggest a good ISP which is in Kerala,kochi,Edapally north,Near Amritha hosital

I Know most ISP's like BSNL etc i want something local like Beam in Hydrabad etc ,Does some cable TV Company provide Internet here? with more speed? i currently took the fastest plan for home and getting only less than half of the speed

Yes, cable broadband is provided by Asianet, though expensive than BSNL.
