Am in Jalukbari, near AEC - what are the ISPs servicing this area?

I have a BSNL LL, which remain dead most part of the year.

I have a TataPhoton+ dongle, which works at 153 kbps - works fine inside the city though.

Besides these, any other options.

You will get more info from local mobile recharge shop. Local news is hard to find.
