I have a Freedom 1295 Plan from MTNL right now and I'm not happy with the speed (2mb up to 10 GB ).
I searched a lot but couldn't find a decent ISP in Delhi.
Although it seems other states have exactly the ISP I want, these are the quite a few I like:
All Plans Fiber to Home
YOU Broadband & Cable India Ltd., High speed broadband plans 1Mbps to 12Mbps
and
Alliance Broadband Services,Internet Service Provider

Now these are not available in Delhi, and I couldn't find any ISP in Delhi which could give me same speed with same kind of prize.
