Best ISP Provider in Goa

Hi,

I'll be moving to Goa , Margao in Fatorda area . I wanted to know which is the best internet connection in terms of speed and customer service.
I know hathway and reliance are not available . Anyone has experience with BSNL,Idea,Airtel or Tata indicom?

Could you please share your inputs?

How about Ethernet Xpress which is localised in Goa. Otherwise go for BSNL or Airtel.

Do you have a particular budget or a minimum speed requirement?

Ethernet Xpress is the worst ISP in Goa. They charge Rs 6000 installation for Fiber Optics and claim it's very stable and reliable but their connection is offline every week. Their customer service sucks. They don't log tickets and you'll have to call them several times to get your connection back up (every week). Their advertised speeds of 8Mbps is a lie. You only get about 3Mbps.

Absolutely not worth it. Bunch of cheats. You don't get any compensation.

I'll never use them again.

I have used Airtel in Goa for 3 months and it works great, during the course of 3 months I experienced zero downtime and never faced any speed issues. One of my friend who was using BSNL was not at all happy with the services and used my wi-fi connection most of the times, so according to me its a big no for BSNL.
