y5zone in chennai

Hi,
Does anyone have experience with y5zone in Chennai.

I am staying in Medavakkam area, any suggestions for broadband internet in this area would be great.
I currently have BSNL and I get a max of 250 kbps in a 4 Mbps connections.
and ping to google server takes 15secs during morning hours.
Airtel and YOU are not available in this area.

I dont live in the area, but this seems like a local cable provider, which I think work out to be the best. It would be best to ask people living near you to what the connection is like.
