Internet connection for gaming in Pune.

Hello, I am looking forward for a good internet connection which has low latency (low pings )
I am currently a Tikona user, I've already used BSNL.
about BSNL I don't really need to comment :P
about Tikona, its ping fluctuates often and has high packet losses it also keeps on disconnecting for no reason ._.

I am waiting for joister broadband to hit pune, or I should pick some other ISP ? please help

Whats joister broadband? Is it a new internet service provider?

1500 or below, data use age is generally high, above 50gb.. joister hasnt started yet, so not sure about it..

idk if its new, it sure is new in pune they are already working in mumbai.

Thats a new one for me. Never heard of that name and they do not even say anything about areas they cover on their website for some reason.

u can try any isp i dont know much about isp's in pune and there service but for gaming if u wanna create servers u need static ip and leased line so just keep these 2 things in mind. but it depends on game as well some games dont offer create a n online serverver option there u need to buy em

I would suggest that you maybe wait till you know someone or get some reviews on this new isp and then go for a new connection, because you dont want to be paying installation and other charges and then have a bad connection. If your able to wait you should wait. Also if possiable ask for a demo, so you can check the speeds and performance of the isp.

servers are already there, I just want an ISP which can give me lower latency and yes, as you said static IP. Tikona is a retarded company. They charge 1000INR separately for a static ip for which you've to fill a really SAD form, it also keeps on disconnecting every 1-2 hrs for no reason. ._.

you're totally right.. but if they're providing a free demo, I would try it and decide for myself because, since it is new, not many people will be willing to switch and try..

The prices and speed and claims look promising if they really deliver on those promise is a different matter. Any one using this company's service?
