Currently, my ISP is Tata Broadband, and as per its policies, if there's some issue with their service, my connection needs to be down for 72 hours constantly to be eligible for downtime credit. Apparently, I find that very tricky and inconvenient as their service is down frequently, but hardly ever for 72 hours constantly.
So, if you know what's your ISP's downtime credit policy, I'd appreciate it if you can share it. TIA.
