Best WiFi service providers?

Hi friends,
I'm from Lucknow and I have been using BSNL wimax since 2 years and it used to work fine in the beginning. But since 3 months, I'm getting some terrible speed on my wifi and most of the time, my wifi simply doesn't works. Now, I'm planning to change my BSNL wimax to some other service provider.
