Hi There,

I have purchased the BSNL NIC with 144 KBPS speed in 274/- month with unlimited download limits. The modem i am using is Micromax MMX 300G. Now the problem is that i am using it in RIICO Industrial Area , Sitapura Jaipur. Here i am not able to get connected and if some how if it get connected then i am getting the speed of only 1-2 KBPS that is no where comparable with 144 KBPS (as offered in the plan.) i am feeling like cheated.

So please tell me what to do next in this case.
