Which 3G Modem gives best performance with BSNL.

Hello friends,
The area where i live doesn't have good BSNL 3G Signals from last 1-2 months. At start (before 2 months) with my Micromax modem i was getting 80-90% of signal but from last 2 months i can get only 20% i.e. 1 bar only sometimes no signal I don't know the reason behind this.

I m planning to switch to another data-card. May be that will solve my problem.
Actually I need calling facility too with the data-card which my existing data-card(Micromax MMX 300G) don't have. And also i heard that "Huawei" modem has better capacity to get the signals and many more facility like calling etc.

So please suggest me the best 3G Modem if anyone know.
According to me this wil better :
Huawei E1750 3G usb modem Data Card 7.2Mbps.

If you know any other, then please tell me.
My Budget is around 3000 Rs.

It's not the data card, it's the signal strength. If the signal is weak no 3G modem in this world can come to help.

The BSNL 3G service is the whim of a top narcissistic BSNL official with the junior engineers having no clue how to deploy the technology in reality.
