    Default BSNL 3G connection error.

I have a BSNL 3G data card. I recharged it recently with 400 and still i am getting error in connection. It says connection failed due to insufficient balance. How can i solve this problem? BSNL Customer care is not reachable anytime!

Did you check your DATA BALANCE after recharge?
How much balance do you have in your MAIN ACCOUNT?
400rs recharge or top up? And did you recharge it from bsnl office?
Did you check whether 400 recharge is actually available in your circle, becoz prices may vary from circle to circle. For us it's 403

Strange : your recharge was successful and you got "0" Data balance, if it's 400rs for your circle then you should get 1GB of Data balance.
Are you getting "connection failed due to insufficient balance" from day 1 of recharge?
Maintain above 50rs main balance and check whether you are charged at 2 paise for 10 kb. If you are charged at 2 paise for 10kb then i think not data plan has been activated ( i'm not quite sure on this )
Mention your circle to get more feedback on this.

I filed a complaint from the above site when 606 data plan was not activated on my sim, it got activated after 20 hours, you will get couple of calls from them after filing a complaint, mainly from local bsnl office.......
