    Default At what time of the day BSNL 3g gives Max Speed?

    Dear Frnds, Can any tell me plz if there is any specific time in a day, when BSNL 3g gives maximum speed. coz my bsnl 3g speed varies from 200KBps to 800Kbps at diff times. Its usually very low at night and sometimes its very fast in the morning but not always.
