my bsnl sim is expireing soon. how to do life time?????

In BSNL 2G & 3G sim's valaidity is extended for the duration of the top of validity.
Let us say your 3G sim- original 6 months validity expires tomorrow and today you do Rs 103/250 mb/30 days pack,your sim validity also extends to the corresponding period.
I think there is a 6 months grace period.
I have a 3 G sim that expired after original 6 months and was extended couple of times 1 month valid 3 G data packs.Now not extended for a month or so. still shows zero balance and signal and not "Invalid sim"

i have a micro sim and i m not suing it, so i want that it should not expire.
so i wanted a long validity recharge.
i heared about 199 with 6 month validity.
plz any 1 confirm

frm wer u confirmd it, me too want to extend my micro sim card validity, its expiring on 22 oct
