Thread: BSNL New 3G Micro Sim speed is capped to 128 kbps

i am getting the 2G speed ie 128 kbps on new 3G Micro Sim from the vary 1st moment of activation !
i am using it in Nokia E52 & in 3G Data Card.
How could i get rid off to this limit...any idea?

strange, I m still having 300-450 kbps...

few people said here that if u use micro sim in mobile rather than ipad, bsnl will capped your speed

its nthg lyk that bro
remember its a 3G card, so it has to work on its own frequency, maybe u get such speed , bcz of ur phn.....

i was also getting these capped speed of 128 KBPS when i bought 2 new micro sims.But now after 3 months i m getting 3g speeds. Seeing this my frnds also got micro sims but none of them getting 3g speeds.i think that BSNL is giving 3g speeds on micro sims after 3 months of usage.

yes that right, the plan is only for ipad users

its not like that, u are just lucky that u r getting 3g speed. when bsnl people will wake up from their sleep and see u getting 3g speed on non-ipad device, they will cap it. so enjoy while u can.
